Thank you for shopping at Ekaproeka. We are committed to providing high-quality digital products and a positive shopping experience. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for our digital products.
1. Digital Products
All products available for purchase on our store are digital PNG images delivered electronically. As such, there is no physical shipment involved.
2. No Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer laws, customers may waive their right to withdraw from a digital purchase once they begin downloading the product. By completing a purchase on our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You consent to immediate access to the digital product.
• You waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once the download begins.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds May Be Issued In the Following Cases:
1. Technical Issues:
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and the issue cannot be resolved after troubleshooting.
2. Duplicate Purchases:
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
3. Non-Delivery:
• If you did not receive the download link or experience access issues due to errors on our side.
4. Unpredictable Circumstances:
• If you encounter genuine, unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from using the product, and you communicate with honesty and politeness, we may consider your refund request as a gesture of goodwill.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued In the Following Cases:
• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You no longer need the product.
• You claim to have accidentally purchased the product but downloaded it successfully.
• You encountered compatibility issues because of unsupported software or hardware.
4. Refund Request Period
We allow refunds to be requested within 60 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase at support@ekaproeka.com. Include the following information in your request:
• Your name.
• Order number or receipt.
• Description of the issue and, if applicable, details about the unforeseen circumstances.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
