Extended Commercial

For physical and digital end products up to 250,000 units

You can

  • Create and sell physical and digital end products
  • Sell up to 250,000 end products under one license
  • Use the graphics for physical products, printing, packaging, and decor
  • Use the graphics for finished digital invitations
  • Use the graphics for branding, brand visuals, and business identity materials
  • Create logos, packaging, labels, social media graphics, and marketing materials
  • Create personalized designs for clients
  • Sell finished JPG, PNG, or PDF files
  • Change the color, size, text, composition, and placement of the elements

You cannot

  • Sell or distribute the original Ekaproeka files
  • Sell the clipart as a separate digital element
  • Create products from which the original illustrations can be extracted
  • Sell editable templates with extractable clipart
  • Use the graphics on POD, Download-on-Demand, or made-to-order platforms
  • Exceed the limit of 250,000 end products without an additional license

Digital

For up to 3000 digital products

You can

  • Sell up to 3000 finished digital invitations on Etsy and other marketplaces
  • Create invitations for online clients
  • Use illustrations in client work without claiming them as your own
  • Display finished products online
  • Edit clipart: crop, resize, recolor, and other design changes
  • Publish the final product on social media

You cannot

  • Sell, share or redistribute the original clipart files
  • Use clipart on POD sites or services, including Zazzle and other similar platforms
  • Upload or use the files with AI
  • Trace, redraw, copy, or recreate the illustrations for resale
  • Publish illustrations as standalone images without credit
  • Sell products where the clipart can be extracted

Frequently asked questions

Which license should I choose?

Choose Personal for private projects, Commercial for physical products you sell, or Digital for finished digital invitations. Extended Commercial allows broader uses, including branding. The license descriptions explain the permitted uses and production limits.

Can I sell digital invitations using your artwork?

You can sell finished digital invitations with a Digital or Extended Commercial license. The final product must not give buyers access to individual clipart elements or the original illustration files.

Can I sell editable templates in Corjl, Templett or Canva?

Selling templates that allow buyers to extract the original illustrations is prohibited.

Can I use the artwork on Zazzle or another print-on-demand service?

Print-on-demand use, including Zazzle, is not permitted under the licenses offered on this website.

Can I use the artwork in my logo or branding?

An Extended Commercial license allows you to use the artwork in logos and branding. The original illustrations are licensed on a non-exclusive basis, so other customers may also purchase a license to use them.

May I resell or share the original illustration files?

Reselling, sharing or distributing the original files as clipart, standalone illustrations or source files is prohibited. Your license allows you to use the illustrations only as part of finished designs.

Does purchasing a license give me exclusive rights?

Shop collections are licensed on a non-exclusive basis, and copyright remains with the artist. If you need custom illustrations or a separate agreement granting exclusive rights, contact me to discuss the details.

Can I use your artwork with AI tools?

Uploading my illustrations to AI tools or processing them with such tools is prohibited. This includes model training and using the illustrations to generate or create new images for resale.
