For personal, non-commercial use only

You can

You cannot

  • Make or sell digital products

  • Resell or share the item in its original form as a separate file
  • Use the item for logos, branding, or trademarks

Commercial

For producing and selling up to 1000 physical products

You can

  • Make up to 5000 physical products to sell
  • Use for small-scale sales like craft fairs or local shops
  • Use as a decorative element in social media posts

You cannot

  • Make or sell digital products
  • Use for digital invitations (Corjl) or on POD platforms (Zazzle)
  • Sell more than 5000 units without another license
  • Resell or share the item in its original form as a separate file
  • Use the item for logos, branding, or trademarks

Extended Commercial

For physical and digital end products up to 250,000 units

You can

  • Create and sell physical and digital end products
  • Sell up to 250,000 end products under one license
  • Use the graphics for physical products, printing, packaging, and decor
  • Use the graphics for finished digital invitations
  • Use the graphics for branding, brand visuals, and business identity materials
  • Create logos, packaging, labels, social media graphics, and marketing materials
  • Create personalized designs for clients
  • Sell finished JPG, PNG, or PDF files
  • Change the color, size, text, composition, and placement of the elements

You cannot

  • Sell or distribute the original Ekaproeka files
  • Sell the clipart as a separate digital element
  • Create products from which the original illustrations can be extracted
  • Sell editable templates with extractable clipart
  • Use the graphics on POD, Download-on-Demand, or made-to-order platforms
  • Exceed the limit of 250,000 end products without an additional license

Digital

For up to 3000 digital products

You can

  • Sell up to 3000 finished digital invitations on Etsy and other marketplaces
  • Create invitations for online clients
  • Use illustrations in client work without claiming them as your own
  • Display finished products online
  • Edit clipart: crop, resize, recolor, and other design changes
  • Publish the final product on social media

You cannot

  • Sell, share or redistribute the original clipart files
  • Use clipart on POD sites or services, including Zazzle and other similar platforms
  • Upload or use the files with AI
  • Trace, redraw, copy, or recreate the illustrations for resale
  • Publish illustrations as standalone images without credit
  • Sell products where the clipart can be extracted
